Ordering, Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All item specifications, descriptions and prices on our website are correct at the time of publishing, however, the nature of the market is such that these may change at any given time.

Wherever possible we will accept your order to buy the goods of the specification and description at the price indicated by e-mail and in which case, there will be a concluded agreement between you and us. 

Wherever it is not possible to accept your order to buy the goods of the specification and description at the price indicated we will advise you by e-mail and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the e-mail and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid. 

You may accept our offer by e-mail within the period stated and in which case there will be a concluded agreement between us. 

Once an order is submitted, online payment gateway will perform a credit card authorization for the amount specified in our favour, to validate available credit. An authorization is not a charge to your card. 

Once an order is confirmed and goods are available for delivery an invoice is issued and payment is claimed. The payment claimed may vary for the authorisation amount if any changes to your order are made. If an order is cancelled the whole authorisation becomes null and your funds are released.

From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select the appropriate links from the dashboard screen to view or edit information.
